This is your village and we’re here to spill our guts out and find community with one another.

I ask questions, you answer anonymously on paper, I read the answers out loud. Advice, laughter, solidarity and/or validation to follow.

Bring your kindness, vulnerability, compassion, and “listening ears”. Most, if not all gatherings will take place in a public park so “picnic stuff” like a blanket to sit on, sunscreen, and water are suggested. Please bring your own pen.

All Spillage gatherings are 100% donation based.

A Spillage gathering works best with at least 6-7 participating members.

You will never be expected to answer questions you don’t want to answer.

All parents at all stages of parenthood are welcome. This is an inclusive space!

Children are welcome but please remember that this is a parent-centered event. Some topics of conversation may not be appropriate for all children to hear.

Spillage gatherings typically last an hour. It is understandable if you need to leave early but please arrive on time.

Spillage is an inclusive space. Please lead with kindness and support. Shaming, blaming, or judging will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave.
